The Academic Council of the State University of Information and Communication Technologies serves as the University’s collegial governing body.

The Council plays a key role in shaping the University’s strategic development, discussing major areas of academic and research activity, and approving internal regulations and policies. It ensures coordinated decision-making on matters within the University’s authority as a state educational and research institution, in line with the University Statute and national education policy.

Members of the Academic Council were elected by the University Staff Conference (Minutes No. 1, 17 December 2024) and formally approved by Rector’s Order No. 415 of 18 December 2024.
