At the end of May 2015 the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine held XVI International scientific-practical conference "Security of information in telecommunication systems". Representatives of the State University of Telecommunications took an active part in the conference. In particular, leading experts of organizational and methodological center of new learning technologies Bally G.T. and Bakaras V.L. Speaking at a seminar number 2, which took place on 27 May, co-report "Improving the quality of the information network of the operator through the use of dynamic prioritization of incoming orders in the service." The report emphasized that the use of automation in management processes is the most important way to increase the effectiveness of their application. Particular attention is paid to the activities of the operator under the impact of the flow of orders, entering into his service, as well as the definition of the relevant priority queue for quality of service orders. In order to improve maintenance procedures orders were invited to apply widely intelligent decision support system.

At the round table №1 report "Topical issues of scientific and methodological support of the information security system of the state" acted director of Organizational-methodical center of new learning technologies Mishchenko V.A. The report noted that one of the important directions in scientific and methodological support of information security is to develop and improve the system of postgraduate education and training industry professionals, including at the State University of Telecommunications. In particular, it was stressed that the State University of Telecommunications provides training and continually provides a set of students in the study groups in the following areas:
• Technical protection of information;
• Identification of embedded devices;
• Evaluation of data protection;
• Certification of systems of technical protection of information;
• Expert evaluation in the field of technical protection of information.
