The State University of Information and Communication Technologies (SUICT) hosted a meeting with representatives of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (NTU “KhPI”), during which a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the two leading higher education institutions of Ukraine.
The Agreement provides for the development of a strategic partnership and the pooling of efforts to implement joint scientific, educational, and innovation initiatives.
Both parties agreed to cooperate in joint research projects, the organisation of scientific conferences, seminars, and training sessions, the exchange of experience between academic and research staff, and the promotion of academic mobility.
Special attention will be given to collaboration in the fields of cybersecurity, computer science, software engineering, digital development technologies, and intelligent systems.
Rector of SUICT, Professor Volodymyr Shulha, highlighted the significance of the agreement:
“Today, we are not simply expanding our circle of academic partners — we are shaping a common space for the innovative development of Ukrainian education. Cooperation with Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute opens up new opportunities for scientific research, training future professionals, and implementing joint digital solutions.”
The signing of the Agreement marks an important step towards strengthening cooperation between Ukraine’s technical universities and building a shared educational and research space focused on innovation and digital transformation.
