On May 22, during an official visit to Khmelnytskyi, a delegation from the State University of Information and Communication Technologies (SUICT) held a formal meeting with representatives of the Khmelnytskyi Cooperative Trade and Economic Institute (KhCTEI).

The SUICT delegation comprised:

1. Dr. Volodymyr Shulha – Rector, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Senior Researcher
2. Dr. Maryna Petchenko – Vice-rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Social Development, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor
3. Dr. Serhii Kondratiuk – Assistant to the Rector, Professor of the Department of Public Management and Administration, PhD in Political Science

As part of the visit, the delegation toured the institute’s educational facilities, library, and museum, and engaged in discussions regarding future collaboration.

The highlight of the visit was the signing of a bilateral cooperation and partnership agreement.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Volodymyr Shulha, Rector of SUICT, and Dr. Andrii Matvieiev, Acting President of KhCTEI.

The agreement is aimed at uniting efforts to improve the quality of professional training, expand academic mobility, promote joint scientific activity, and strengthen the integration of education with practical experience.

Key areas of cooperation include:

• Implementation of joint educational and research programs, and formation of interdisciplinary research teams
• Professional development and academic internships for teaching and research staff
• Academic mobility programs for students and support for gifted youth
• Organization of joint conferences, seminars, webinars, hackathons, and seasonal schools
• Exchange of expertise, educational resources, and scientific materials
• Joint supervision of student internships and qualification theses
• Strengthening cooperation between student self-governance bodies
