SUICT together with Sense Bank solemnly opened the Scientific and experimental laboratory Sense Lab. This innovative project is the result of cooperation between the university and a systemically important partner bank, 100% of whose shares belong to the state represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Mykhailo Vinnytskyi, rector of SUICT Volodymyr Shulga, Deputy Head of the Sense Bank Board Olena Zubchenko, heads of structural units of the university and the bank, representatives of students’ self-government and mass media.

Volodymyr Shulga noted the key advantages of the laboratory: with the support of Sense Bank, 15 modern powerful computers and a reliable backup power system were installed. For this purpose, the premises were renovated and network equipment was installed. The total investment amounted to about one million hryvnias.

“Our students have received excellent conditions and opportunities for learning and this is entirely due to our partners from Sense Bank,” said the head of SUICT.

In her turn, Olena Zubchenko emphasized that Sense Bank actively supports innovations in education and social investments in training young professionals for finance and business.

 “In a specific project with SUICT, we are creating the senses of the future for the introduction of digital technologies in the economy,” emphasized the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sense Bank.

According to Mykhailo Vinnytskyi, in the conditions of a full-scale war, the implementation of such projects is of great importance for the higher education system of Ukraine. Such support of Sense Bank significantly strengthened the material and technical base of the university, which allows it to adapt to the current difficulties better.

“The main thing is that our students will receive high-quality educational services in a modern laboratory,” – Deputy  Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Finally, the participants of the event expressed their gratitude to all those involved in the creation of the Sense Lab laboratory, whose participation made the implementation of the project possible.
