On Thursday, 8th August 2024.The State Language Protection Commissioner Taras Kremin visited the State University of Information and Communication Technologies.
During the meeting the Acting Rector Volodymyr Shulha and the Language Ombudsman discussed the role of IT in learning Ukrainian and the introduction of new technologies for online language courses.
Russian military aggression and information war against Ukraine have become a vivid confirmation that language can be a nation's weapon.
It is the one that can protect our culture and identity from destruction, which the enemy is so keen on.
In its turn, the Acting Rector Volodymyr Shulha emphasised that one of the most important roles in learning Ukrainian today is played by technologies that allow online learning and the creation of educational projects and programmes.
"SUICT is working hard to create various programmes to improve the level of proficiency in the state language among young people. In particular, it is considered the possibility of developing and implementing such projects in cooperation with other Ukrainian higher education institutions, as today new technologies are indispensable in the educational process," Volodymyr Shulha said.
Let's improve our knowledge and tend lovingly our nightingale together!
