International Day of Families is a relatively new holiday in Ukraine, although important for our society as it is intended to revive the national value of Ukrainian families. Creative team of the State University of Telecommunications headed by the rector Volodymyr Tolubko also celebrated this event.

The ceremony was held on May 14, 2016 in M. Ostrovskyi Park of the Solomyanskyi district within “Strong Family – Strong Ukraine” Program. The program included tournament, dance marathon and various children’s competitions.

All this was made possible due to the students of the State University of Telecommunications actively participating in the celebration and impressing guests with their creative achievements. It is safe to say that at the time of the latest technologies, our students have taken a right step towards studying at our University. Looking at them we can be confident in the future of our country, as active and intelligent young people are key to a happy and strong family.
