A formal award ceremony was held in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to recognise the remarkable contributions of military personnel, volunteers, and representatives of the educational, scientific, medical, cultural and sports communities, as well as local authorities and civil society.
This moving event brought together individuals whose dedication, expertise and daily efforts strengthen the nation. Military servicemen and women, volunteers, educators, researchers, doctors, artists, athletes and community leaders – all have become powerful symbols of the courage, resilience and determination of the Ukrainian people.
In presenting honorary certificates and letters of gratitude, Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, emphasised that each award represents more than a simple token of recognition – it is a sincere expression of gratitude from society as a whole. He noted that thanks to those who remain steadfast, work diligently and support others even in the most challenging times, Ukraine continues to grow stronger and move closer to victory.
“Every step forward is the result of the shared efforts of soldiers and volunteers, teachers and doctors, scientists and artists. Your courage and professionalism are what shape the strength of the Ukrainian nation,”
– highlighted Ruslan Stefanchuk.
This year, among those honoured were two distinguished representatives of the State University of Information and Communication Technologies (SUICT):
Their professionalism and commitment to advancing education and science were recognised with Certificates of Honour from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. This distinction celebrates not only their personal achievements, but also underscores the significant role played by the university community in shaping the future of digital Ukraine.
The University community warmly congratulates Halyna Hryhorivna Yencheva and Nataliia Oleksandrivna Lashchevska on receiving this prestigious national honour. Their dedication is an inspiring example of how passion for one’s profession and faith in the country can bring about meaningful change.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for their continued success, good health and further achievements for the benefit of the University and Ukraine.
