Conducts recruitment for the position of: Customer Support Engineer.
Requirements:
- Experienced PC user
- Good knowledge of the different operating systems
- Knowledge of Ethernet networking
- Knowledge of the TCP / IP
- The ability to technically competently and comprehensibly advise on the subscribers connection and network settings.
- Customer focus, good communication skills, responsibility, tolerance to stress, ability to learn quickly.
- Experience in the telecommunications company (optional);
- Age 18 to 30 years

Working conditions:

1/3 shifts, registration in the workbook. Salary: from 3000 UAH. (at the end of the probationary period will be higher). Location Str. Tupoleva 19 (MREO)

Duties:
Diagnostics of problems associated with the operation in the Internet or telephone consultation (first line).
Network Monitoring.
Creating Trouble Tickets.
Basic setup of the equipment.
