On December 20, 2023, the Department of Telecommunication Systems and Networks of the State University of Information and Communication Technologies hosted the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference of students, postgraduates and young scientists "Telecommunication: problems and innovation".

The conference worked in the following sections:

• Telecommunication systems and networks
• Information systems and technologies
• Information security of telecommunication systems and networks
• Socio-economic aspects of telecommunications development

The conference discussed problems, innovations and prospects in the field of telecommunications.

Based on the results of the conference, a collection of materials was published. The collection contains abstracts of reports of conference participants presented at the V All-Ukrainian scientific and technical conference "Telecommunication: problems and innovation", which was held at the Department of Telecommunication Systems and Networks of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Telecommunications of the State University of Information and Communication Technologies.
