All of us know that Microsoft had mobile business which works under the brand of Nokia. Well now the representatives of Microsoft decided to sell mobile subdivision and strike bargain with a company FIH Mobile, which, in turn, is included in the structure of Foxconn (producer of system boards).
How many does so successful business cost? Neither much nor small: whole $350 millions.
By the way, now productive structures of Microsoft Mobile Vietnam with 4500 employees will control FIH Mobile.
A contract it is stipulated that Microsoft passes to the new proprietor not only such assets of subdivision, as software, trade marks, client agreements, and and supply contracts accessories!
