As part of an official visit to the Republic of Poland, a delegation from the State University of Information and Communication Technologies (SUICT), led by Rector Volodymyr Shulha, held a productive meeting with Professor Olga Vasyuta, Director of the Institute of Security and Informatics at the University of the National Education Commission, Krakow (UKEN).
The meeting marked another important step in implementing the cooperation agreement previously signed between SUICT and UKEN. The parties discussed specific areas for bilateral collaboration, including:
Professor Olga Vasyuta also donated her latest scholarly contribution to the SUICT library – a digital version of a comprehensive seven-volume Encyclopedia of Security, a detailed reference and analytical work produced by the Institute of Security and Informatics.
Rector Volodymyr Shulha expressed gratitude for the meaningful dialogue and the valuable academic gift, stating:
“We deeply appreciate Professor Vasyuta’s professional contribution, particularly to the development of the cybersecurity field. The encyclopedia will serve as an essential academic resource for our students and faculty. Our partnership with UKEN opens promising new avenues for SUICT’s academic and research endeavors at the international level.”
