Wednesday, the 14th August 2024, at Huawei's Brussels Cyber Security Transparency Centre, the delegation of SUICT took part in the second panel discussion and debate on the use of cloud technologies and artificial intelligence in the IT sector.
The respective reports were presented by Marco Men, Senior Cyber Security Advisor CSTC and Patrick McCarthy,Senior Cyber Security Advisor CSTC.
The presentations focused on "Cloud" practices of Huawei, as well as on the security of artificial intelligence in public administration and the regulation of AI in Europe.
Representatives of SUICT took an active part in the discussion and exchanged views on the prospects for the development of “Cloud Technologies” and AI, in particular their use in educational programmes and training of relevant specialists.
At the end of the meeting, Volodymyr Shulha, Acting Rector of SUICT, thanked the speakers and organisers from Huawei for an interesting and well-organised event and meaningful discussions on topical issues of information and communications technologies.
“We are deeply grateful to Huawei Ukraine for the invitation, long-term fruitful cooperation and support in the development of advanced technologies in Ukraine,” noted Volodymyr Shulha.
According to the results of the two-day workshop at Huawei's Brussels Cyber Security Transparency Centre, all participants received certificates of professional development.
