In July 2025, the Department of Public Administration and Management of the State University of Information and Communication Technologies (SUICT) took part in a competitive selection organized by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NAUCS). The selection was conducted in line with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 7, 2025, “On the State Order for the Training of Specialists, Scientific, Scientific and Pedagogical Staff, and Workers, as well as for Professional Development and Retraining in 2025.”
As part of the competition, the Department submitted five short-term professional development programs:
Based on the results, SUICT was awarded the following state order quotas for 2025:
In total, the University will provide training and professional development for more than 230 public sector officials in 2025.
This cooperation with NAUCS brings the Department of Public Administration and Management to a new level of engagement with government institutions and further strengthens SUICT’s role in preparing highly qualified professionals for the civil service.
“For our University, this is not only important national-level recognition but also a new opportunity to prepare specialists who can work effectively in the public sector. We combine academic knowledge with practical experience by engaging leading experts and practitioners in the educational process,” emphasized SUICT Rector, Professor Volodymyr Shulha.
Expanding cooperation at the state level opens new opportunities — not only for training but also for involving practitioners from government bodies in teaching. This creates a strong balance between theory and practice in preparing future professionals able to meet today’s challenges effectively.
