1. Solution Specialist Core Switching Mobile, Telecom

Nokia provides both fixed and mobile network infrastructure solutions and products including radio access featuring the innovative Flexi Multiradio base station, packet networks, broadband access equipment, optical transport systems, and core switching products. Our solutions are designed to provide our customers with outstanding performance and environmentally friendly solutions today, while also ensuring future upgradeability for next generation data and voice requirements.

Position Description

  • Specialist knowledge of MSS, IMS, FVT/FMC, LTE, VoLTE, 3GPP releases.
  • Capability to translate to clear customer value and benefits.
  • Proficient in handling highly technical queries and discussing technical concepts related to MSS, MGW, VoLTE.
  • Ability to build and manage peer network in the different business units
  • Should be able to influence customer towards Nokia value propositions
  • Should be able to provide competence development for teams and learn from available technical documentation
  • Provides best-in-class product sales material (technical documentation, presentations, USPs, value-based argumentation).
  • Creates technical customer solution, responds to technical parts of tenders, and prepares solution and IRP pricing.
  • Capable of providing technical coaching and mentoring to engineers, sharing best practice and providing expert level technical knowledge
  • * No interaction with end customer is required

Position Requirements

  • An Engineering graduate with 5+ years of experience on the MSS, MGW, IMS, LTE, VoLTE,
  • Hands-on experience on Nokia MSS, MGW, NVS
  • Solution Designing Ability
  • Project and Bid Management skills
  • Understand Telecom Operator Business to Provide relevant CS core, VoLTE solutions
  • Team working skills
  • Accepts independent responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Uses non-standard approaches to resolve issues
  • Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for solving problems
  • Self-motivated, does not expect detailed guidance but understands the importance of jointly agreed working models.
  • Flexibility and willingness to accept any extra work to complete task in time

Languages: English & Russian (business fluent)

2. Solution Specialist, SDM(Subscriber Data Manager) / Технический специалист, SDM(Комплексное решение управления абонентскими данными).

Global Sales Support (GSS) is aiming to:

  • Сomplete end-to-end generation of proposals
  • Мake best in class proposals with efficiency and high quality

Position Description:

As a member of Subscriber Data Management team in Kiev office you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing of technical expertise for Subscriber Data Management Products (Centralized Nokia Subscriber Database called One-NDS as Back-end and HLR, AAA, EIR, MNP as Front-End’s)
  • Creation of pre-sales documentation in respected area
  • Product dimensioning and initial pricing
  • Management of international teams
  • Cutting edge Cloud and NFV technologies

Experience of the SDM products: One-NDS, NT-HLR, DX HLR, One-AAA, Identity Management, One-MNP, One-EIR, One-MNP

Ideally candidate shall have relevant years of working experience in GSM/3G mobile core network / switching of any vendor.

Exposure to Nokia subscriber database solutions will be an added advantage.

Technical expert in own area of solution/product. Responsible to handle end to end projects.

Responsible for reviewing own work and colleagues.

Requirements: 

  • Good understanding of Telecom Core Networks (2G, 3G, 4G)
  • Understanding of tender process in Telecom business
  • Excellent writing skills (both English and Russian)
  • Team management and problem solving
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering ( Electronics/Telecommunications / Computer Science)
  • Experience in solution management or technical sales will be a plus
  • Relevant experience in other telecom companies will be a plus
  • Eligible for graduates
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Excellent communication skills and learning attitude
  • Languages: English (business fluent), Russian
