In the context of globalization and increasing competition, international academic and methodological cooperation is becoming increasingly important for ensuring the quality of higher education. Experience sharing, joint research initiatives, and academic mobility programs significantly contribute to the development of professional competencies, the enrichment of educational programs, and the implementation of innovative teaching approaches.
On Friday, May 16, a high-level academic seminar entitled “Challenges and Opportunities of International Scientific and Methodological Cooperation” was held at the Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie). The event took place within the framework of the 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Sustainable Tourism Development Based on Partnership: Education, Science, Practice.”
The seminar focused on international academic mobility and educational research collaboration. The event brought together representatives of leading Ukrainian and international higher education institutions, including:
The event also featured participants from the business sector, including the Association of Hotel Chains and City Hotels of Ukraine and the Polish Association of Independent Hotels.
The seminar was moderated by Professor Mariusz Próchniak, Dean of the Faculty of World Economy at the Warsaw School of Economics, who facilitated a dynamic and productive discussion.
During the seminar, participants actively exchanged experiences in the development and implementation of academic programs. Particular attention was paid to the structure and content of these programs, the identification of promising areas for scientific collaboration, opportunities for academic mobility, the organization of international internships, and the launch of joint projects.
This event served as an important platform for building new partnerships and exchanging best practices between academic institutions and business representatives from Ukraine and Poland.
