Launch of the first cloud service based on a quantum computer announced by IBM.

It is expected that the new service will benefit everyone, but this is only a theoretical idea. Currently, access can be obtained only by those who will apply for and receive the appropriate approval.

It is reported that after it is received, users can run the algorithms and tests that work with individual qubits and perform tasks and simulations. This company aims to offer a more detailed study of the possibilities of the platform on the basis of five-qubits processor.

Currently IBM computer in New York is composed of five laboratory qubits, i.e., quantum bits. It is able not only to store more data, but also to process them faster.

Meanwhile, IBM representatives say that in the next five to ten years will be possible to create quantum processors 50-100 qubits, by which it will be possible to realize almost any computing task.
