On May 29, 2025, the State University of Information and Communication Technologies (SUICT) and the National Defense University of Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The National Defense University of Ukraine was represented at the signing ceremony by Colonel Volodymyr HRYNIUK, Hero of Ukraine and Head of the Department of Military Training.
The Memorandum establishes a solid foundation for comprehensive and strategic cooperation between the two leading institutions of higher education. It provides for joint projects, training initiatives, academic exchange, collaborative research, and the development of educational programs. The agreement also envisions joint scientific, cultural, and sports events, as well as a wide range of other mutually beneficial activities.
This partnership reinforces the cooperation between civilian and military academic institutions in Ukraine and opens up new opportunities for advancing educational, scientific, technological, and human capital initiatives in the field of national security and defense.
