The development of innovative mobile solutions for multimedia services: defence of the diploma

The dynamics of the development of modern mobile radio technology for transmitting multimedia information relevant requirements put forward to the graduates of the specialty "Equipment of radio broadcasting and television" educational qualification of "Master's degree". One of the main professional competencies is the ability to own methods of solving problems and the analysis of characteristics of advanced radio networks, basic processing techniques and presentation of experimental data, to use modern means of performing imaging and modeling of the physical processes taking place in today's mobile multimedia devices and systems.

The level of training of qualified specialists in mobile multiservice networks largely determines the technological development of the country. To answer the question of how such training corresponds to the modern requirements and in which direction to improve it, was carried the final state certification in the form of Master's protection certification works.

May 24 Students of RTZM-72 study group Svyatoslav Brilenko Dmitry Dyadyuk Dmitry Latvians Ruban Vitalij, Chornenky Vladimir Shapoval Alex and Shevchenko Vladimir successfully defended their diploma works to the State Examination Commission in field of technical solutions to improve the current and future mobile multi-service networks.

In the opinion of the state commission the best work has Svyatoslav Brilenko, Dmitry Dyadyuk, Vitaliy Ruban and Alexei Shapoval dedicated to the development of technical projects of the corporate network and broadband wireless infrastructure, IP-TV networks to provide multimedia services, the study of streams of messages in mobile communication systems.

At the present time, in the era of new technologies, radio is undergoing drastic changes, acquiring the features of a modern, high-tech industry is playing an increasingly important role in social and economic development of society. The new stage of development of this industry in Ukraine is connected with the increasing role of telecommunications and information in the life of Ukrainian society.

Thanks to the digital mobile communication technology, we can to transmit data required for management of the economy, providing business and personal communication between people, the maintenance of interstate relations. Attracting domestic and foreign investment, the introduction of modern energy-efficient equipment and technologies increase the volume of goods and services that provide a high level of production, is not inferior to world standards, and ensure safe operation of the communication. All this makes it possible adequately to present a positive image to the world community of the communication network and Informatization of Ukraine.

The relevance of the work of Svyatoslav Brilenko, Dmitry Dyadyuk, Vitaliy Ruban and Alexei Shapoval caused to the fact that every day there is a growing number of corporate networks, existing networks are expanded the number of users of these networks. And also growing and requirements for forwarding traffic, bandwidth, scalability, and cost, which is a significant indicator of the construction of the corporate network. In addition to the problem of increasing the capacity of the backbone network, is the actual task of constructing the access network, the basic requirements to which a broad infrastructure, scalability, and low cost.

Difficulties meet these challenges arise for several reasons: the problem of number of  telephones (a large number of remote settlements and industrial facilities in our country do not have telephones), the problem of overcoming obstacles at cable routing (a large number of natural obstacles, such as rivers, ravines, forests and artificial home, rails), the high cost.

To meet these challenges requires: to justify the need for a network of wireless access, analyze wireless radio access network (to identify the advantages and disadvantages of this system), to analyze the existing standards that support the wireless radio access technology (review existing technologies and standards, to select the most promising), to develop possible proposals to establish a wireless enterprise network.
