Scientific laboratories and circles, student scientific societies and conferences – all this allows a student to start a full-fledged scientific activity, find like-minded people with whom you can consult and share the results of your research. The student scientific circle “Scientific hub” was created with the aim of expanding the horizons of students, raising their cultural level. On November 31, 2024, the first meeting of the club was held under the leadership of Anna Kolisnychenko (head of the English language department of ESITC) and Svitlana Kharytska (associate professor of the English language department of NNITK) with the participation of future scientists of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Information Technologies.
The debate on the topic “Types of scientific meetings” was held in a relaxed atmosphere in the style of “5 o’clock tea”: with obligatory tea and goodies. The lively conversation of the participants allowed everyone to express and justify their point of view, to find common and distinctive features among various types of scientific meetings. The prepared presentation clearly demonstrated the entire range of scientific meetings, focusing on those that are particularly useful for students.
