The State University of Information and Communication Technologies (SUICT) has introduced a pioneering master’s program — “International Public Communications. Cyber Diplomacy”, within the academic specialty D4 Public Administration and Management.
This is the first program of its kind in Ukraine, offering an innovative blend of public administration, international communications, and the rapidly evolving field of cyber diplomacy — a domain gaining increasing importance amid global digitalization and hybrid threats in cyberspace.
