Cooperation agreement with «EPAM Systems» signed

On October 22, 2015 an agreement on cooperation between the State University of Telecommunications and LLC "EPAM Systems" was signed.

EPAM Systems, Inc. (NYSE: EPAM), also known as EPAM, is a global provider of software engineering and IT consulting services with the headquarters in Newtown, PA, USA. The company has software development centers and branch offices in the United States, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Singapore, Belarus, Hungary, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Poland.

The list of EPAM’s clients includes Colgate-Palmolive Co., SAP AG, Sephora, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Coca-Cola Co., Adidas AG, Barclays Capital, among others.

EPAM can be found among technology and solutions partners of Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, MongoDB, Netbiscuits, Amazon Web Services, Zend, and others. In April 2013, the company was named Oracle's Top Business Impact Partner, EMEA – 2012 at the 5th Annual Oracle Commerce EMEA Partner Conference in Lisbon, Portugal.

The company was founded as EPAm by Belarus natives Arkadiy Dobkin in Princeton, NJ, and Leo Lozner in Minsk, Belarus in 1993 and incorporated as EPAM Systems on December 18, 2002. Since then, the company has grown to approximately 9,300 tech employees^[14] mostly working in EPAM’s Central and Eastern European locations.

In 2008, EPAM Systems became the first resident of Belarus High Technologies Park, а business environment for IT companies.

On January 24, 2012, EPAM announced the launch of an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker EPAM. This is the first IPO that comes from the outsourcing industry in Eastern Europe.

In 2012, EPAM expanded its North American presence by acquiring Empathy Lab, a Conshohocken-based digital strategy and omni-channel UXD company, and Thoughtcorp, an IT consultancy and software engineering firm from Toronto, Canada.
